Babelfish support for PostgreSQL 16

Babelfish for PostgreSQL now supports PostgreSQL version 16. To review the long list of improvements, see the release notes.

We’re also happy to announce the release of Babelfish 3.4.0, compatible with PostgreSQL 15.5 and Babelfish 2.7.0, compatible with PostgreSQL 14.10.
